Case Status Check lets you look up the status of a USCIS case with its receipt number, and read guides about processing times and case statuses. It is run by Rimone Inc..

The status comes from the USCIS Case Status API at the moment you check. USCIS may update a case later than you expect, and the API may be unavailable at times.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State or any government agency. Filing, payments and official requests happen only on government websites.

Our explanations are general information. They do not consider your situation. For advice about your case, talk to an immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

Check your own case, or a case you are allowed to check, such as a family member who asked you to.

Do not use bots, scripts or large numbers of requests, try to get around our limits or robot checks, or check receipt numbers that are not yours to find other people's cases.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. We never store the receipt numbers you check.

Texts, guides and calculations on this site belong to Rimone Inc.. Official USCIS texts and data remain public information from USCIS.

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the site, or for delays or errors in USCIS data.

We will post any new version here with a plain-language summary of what changed. If a change affects you, for example your waitlist email, we will ask for your consent before it applies.
